Who is our service for?

Individuals and professionals considering an underground shelter, CBRN bunker, extended self-sufficiency or panic room project in France. The suitability of a solution depends on its intended use, location and the studies required.

By your side until you approve the solution

We define your needs with you, bring in suitable specialists and work with them to develop a proposal that meets your expectations. We remain your point of contact throughout discussions and adjustments, until you approve the chosen solution.

What our support includes

1. Understanding your needs: location, occupants, budget, self-sufficiency and priorities.
2. Clarifying possible solutions: identifying suitable types of solutions and matters to investigate further.
3. Finding specialists: identifying professionals who may be able to assess your project, according to availability and scope of work.
4. Arranging introductions: presenting proposed partners, obtaining your consent and sharing only relevant information.
5. Developing and refining the proposal: working with partners on your expectations and following discussions and adjustments until you approve the chosen solution.

Our support relies on the information you provide. It is not a technical validation of feasibility.

Support at no charge to you

Personalised support, free of charge to you and with no obligation to purchase. You remain free not to buy or sign with a partner.

Our service is based on commercial agreements with professional partners. You decide whether to proceed with their proposals.

Technical studies, equipment, works and other professional services are subject to separate quotations. The relevant professionals must explain their costs and terms before you commit.

Partner selection and freedom of choice

Our search considers the project type, location, indicative budget and scope of the professionals we can approach. It does not necessarily cover the whole market. The number of proposals depends on the project and availability; multiple quotations are not guaranteed.

You may decline an introduction, stop discussions or choose another professional. An introduction is neither technical certification nor a guarantee of results.

Each party’s role

Bunker Conseil France helps define requirements, involve specialists and follow discussions and adjustments until you approve the selected solution. We do not carry out construction, installation, construction project management, protection calculations or permit applications. We do not currently offer credit or financing brokerage.

You contract directly with the selected professionals for their studies, equipment or works. Review their quotations, deadlines, warranties, insurance and contractual terms before signing. APERTUS 360 PRODUCTION remains responsible for its own services as provided by law.

Confidentiality and contact

The form does not automatically send your details to a manufacturer. We present proposed recipients and obtain your consent before sharing information. Do not include access codes, detailed security plans, health data or identity documents in your first message.
