BUNKER CONSEIL FRANCE
Privacy policy
How your information is used when you visit the website or contact us.
Updated: 16 September 2026
Data controller
APERTUS 360 PRODUCTION, SAS, 29 rue Tronchet, 75008 Paris, RCS Paris 941 921 819, operates Bunker Conseil France and determines how enquiries are processed. Personal data contact: contact@bunkerconseilfrance.fr.
Information collected
The form collects your email, location, number of occupants and, if supplied, budget, desired self-sufficiency, project type and message. Email, location, number of occupants and consent are required for the initial assessment. The form cannot be submitted without them.
We also retain correspondence, the date of the enquiry and its submission reference. To protect the form, the server uses the IP address to calculate a hash and stores technical references, hashes and timestamps. Hosting and email services may generate their own connection and security logs.
A town, department or region is sufficient for initial contact. Do not send access codes, detailed security plans, identity documents or health data.
Purposes and legal bases
- Responding to your enquiry, assessing the project and following up: your consent through the form checkbox. For email enquiries, necessary information is processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in handling enquiries.
- Sharing a file with a partner: your separate consent after we present the recipients and the information to be shared.
- Protecting the website, limiting abuse and preventing duplicate submissions: our legitimate interest in securing the service.
- Keeping evidence required by law or for disputes: the applicable legal obligation or our legitimate interest in establishing and defending our rights, as appropriate.
The form does not subscribe you to a newsletter or constitute consent to receive advertising. No decision with legal effects is made automatically from your enquiry.
Recipients
Enquiries are sent to contact@bunkerconseilfrance.fr and accessed by authorised APERTUS 360 PRODUCTION staff responsible for follow-up. Hosting and email providers perform technical functions.
There is no automatic sharing with manufacturers. After separate consent, identified partners receive only relevant information. They provide information about their own processing when handling your project. Your data is not sold as a prospecting list.
Retention periods
- Enquiries and assessment correspondence: during follow-up and no longer than 12 months after your last exchange with us. Withdrawal of consent or an erasure request is handled earlier unless there is a lawful reason to retain information.
- Evidence needed for disputes: relevant material is held with restricted access for the applicable limitation period. Accounting records subject to legal requirements follow their own retention periods.
- Form anti-spam protection: a one-hour window for submission limits and 24 hours for duplicate detection. Expired entries are removed during a later form request and may remain in the technical file between requests.
Email correspondence is deleted through periodic review by the staff responsible, rather than by the form itself. Provider logs and backups follow their own technical cycles and obligations. Contact us for details relevant to your enquiry.
Hosting and transfers
The website uses Hostinger. The configured web server location is France, and hosting backups are in Lithuania. This does not mean all technical processing, including support and email operations, takes place exclusively in those countries.
Hostinger’s data processing agreement provides safeguards for international transfers, including standard contractual clauses where applicable. Details of relevant safeguards may be requested by email. We share a file with a commercial partner only after presenting that recipient and obtaining your consent.
Cookies and external services
The current website does not include advertising tools, audience analytics, third-party video embeds or social network widgets. Its code does not set tracking cookies. Fonts, illustrations and presentation videos are hosted with the website; displaying fonts does not require a connection to Google Fonts.
External links load the destination website only when opened; that website’s rules then apply. The hosting provider may use technical mechanisms for security and service operation.
Your rights
Depending on the processing and GDPR conditions, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection to processing based on legitimate interests. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing.
Email contact@bunkerconseilfrance.fr or write to APERTUS 360 PRODUCTION, 29 rue Tronchet, 75008 Paris, France. Specify the email address used and your request. Additional identity verification is requested only where there is reasonable doubt. A response is normally provided within one month; a justified extension may apply as permitted by the GDPR.
You may also complain to the French data protection authority, the CNIL.
